Code

The Ruby code in this tutorial is covered by the GNU GPL.

It is based on the example files that come with qt4-qtruby by Richard Dale, which were in turn based on the C++ code in Trolltech's version of this tutorial, which is "Copyright (C) 2005-2006 Trolltech ASA. All rights reserved.", and covered by the GNU GPL.

The code from the qt4-qtruby examples was modified:

  1. To more exactly match the C++ tutorial for Qt 4.2. (The qt4-qtruby version was originally made for an earlier 3.x version of Qt).
  2. To have a more consistant style throughout.

Screenshots and Images

I made the screenshots on my computer, by running the Ruby code. Given everything above, I'm not sure what legal status the screenshots therefore have.

The two images at the bottom of every page for "W3C XHTML 1.0" and "W3C CSS" are from the W3C. See the W3C documentation on icons usage.

All other images in this tutorial are copied from Trolltech's tutorial and owned by Trolltech.
